I finished university for the last time on Friday, and breathed a huge sigh of relief as I left, and naturally, headed straight to the pub!
Saturday was a day of taking it easy. I'd taken a day off work, and I'm so glad I did! I was so tired, not having to set an alarm was the best thing ever. After lunch, two of my friends and I decided to head down to Seaham seafront, for some real chips and ice cream from Lickety Split.
It turned out to be such a lovely day! The sun was shining, and it was nice to just relax after the hectic week that we had had. Sitting in the sun on the grass, just chatting, was brilliant. We've not really spent any time together in ages, it's all been about the work!
I took my camera with me, and I loved being able to take photographs without reason, without having to justify myself, and without having to put some related artists into my sketchbook! Hopefully this can be the start of my love for photography all over again - here's hoping anyway!
